1 - Active and skilled scruggs style, bluegrass centered, willing to learn clawhammer and willing to learn swing, great can do teamwork attitude, not offended when team-mates make suggestions and willing to try something.
2 - Active and skilled picker in any genre, willing to learn bluegrass and swing, willing to learn scruggs style and clawhammer; not offended when team-mates make suggestions and willing to try something.
Roots in bluegrass, we are moving to a more acoustic mix of bluegrass, blues, gypsy jazz
