I am looking for other musicians in DC or DMV area to share some music and see if we can come up with a band to play pop, indie pop, jazz, lo-fi pop, soul, etc.

I have eclectic taste. I tend to listen to a lot of modern Indie Pop and Lo-fi bands like Mac Demarco, Mike Seyer, Mild High Club, Loving, Shimmertraps, Vansire, Summersault, Jerry Paper, the list continuesssss. I am also into Bossa Nova and Jazz classics like Tom Jobim, Vinicius, Duke Ellington, Chet Baker, Herbie Hancock, etc.
Other influences: Beatles, Beach Boys, The Smiths, Happy Mondays, Stone Roses, Blur, Pulp, Cornelius, My Bloody Valentine, Velvet Underground, Yo la Tengo, Mouse on Mars, Stereolab, High Llamas, etc etc.
I also love bands and musicians from Argentina such as Gustavo Cerati, Banda Los Chinos, Jaime Sin Tierra, Spinetta, Charly García.
