Vocalist, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Bass Guitar, Keyboard.

I'm currently in 3 bands, so I'm not looking to add to my plate, as I'm not a full-time musician. However, if the "right" person(s) was/were to come along with what I am looking door is always open. Here's what I am looking for: 1) people or artist that is 'like-minded', professional, and respectful, 2) one(s) with vision/a plan, and 3) those that are passionate about their craft. It's my desire to find those that that consider music & performance as an art....something special, which 'engages' an audience. I play for the music and as an equal part of the music....I'm not a solo artist nor do I wish to be....I'm about the groove/feel and keeping strong time.

My goals are to perform with high quality band members for the love of the music, but also to earn some side money. Additionally, I would love to play larger venues and even some touring, depending on the situation.

I have a full-time day job and it's somewhat flexible to handle most of my music needs. I am married and have two self-sufficient, early college level kids.

In order of most to find a lead vocalist that understands the importance of engaging the audience (capturing their attention), so that they/we are remembered and sought after (those like, James Brown, Prince, Bono, David Byrne, Peter Gabriel). This seems to be a failing by most in the industry. Next, I would love to find a proven keyboardist (styles like Steve Porcaro or Rupert Greenall) who really appreciates the influences of those playing in the 70s and 80s....this is a lost art.

If I can find the right mix of people, then I'm open to opportunities. I'm also interested to build musician Contacts in the case of having back up players and networking in such a manner.

I love the 80s and 70s mostly, rock, dance-rock, easy listening, etc. I enjoy country, especially older school honky tonk, funk, and R&B. I do NOT like rap, hip-hop and the newer poppy stuff. Some of my favorite bands are: The Fixx, Pat Benetar, Police, Toto, Tears for Fears, Journey, Heart, Bryan Adams, Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac, Eagles, Cars, Van Halen, Missing Persons, Billy Idol, Led Zeppelin, CCR, SRV, Def Leppard, Peter Gabriel, Styx, U2, etc. As far as country, I enjoy: Dwight Yoakam, Derailers, Buck Owens, Chris Stapleton, etc.

My favorite drummers that I am influenced by are: Jeff Porcaro, Terry Bozzio, Vinnie Colaiuta, Manu Katche, Benny Grebb, Carter Beauford, and many others.
