ABOUT

Conservatory trained musician (trombone, conducting, voice) who grew up in the 60s/70s playing rock 'n roll, R&B, and Southern Rock. Spent two years in the 70s playing with a touring show group from Las Vegas (trombone, flute, guitar, vocals) playing popular music with a Tower of Power funk feel. Played classical trombone in Boston and resumed playing guitar after long hiatus in the mid-90s. Founded cover band in NJ in late 90s (15 years). Now jam occasionally with the Eastern Idaho Jazz Society. Life long lover of vocal music (classical, pop, and jazz) and currently involved in chamber choir and exceptional vocal octet. Have a desire to assemble a band of like-minded musicians (of any age) who are exceptional at their craft, mature in thought, and versatile. Interests span the spectrum from classic and southern rock to jazz, Latin, funk, contemporary, and even country.
