Drummer - 25 + years of experience. Played in several bands w/ various degrees of success, various styles of music. Was in several committed bands in Chicago (small indie label), until I moved down to Champaign a few years ago. Interested in playing music, but want to make sure it's the right thing w/ the right people. Just looking to have fun and play - no tours, etc. Play some local gigs, and have a good time. Original music or covers/tribute w/ the right intentions. I would ideally like to have a group of musicians to play with - schedule gigs and have tribute nights where you play one bands music, or a whole album all the way through (a Beatles night, Police tribute, Stevie Wonder, Black Sabbath, play Appetite for Destruction from beginning to end - fun sh** like that). Would need talented people, with eclectic tastes in music. Just an idea...or dream, I guess.
