ABOUT

My name is Mark, I have been playing professionally since I was 17 I am now 55. I've been in many bands in the area, sat in with several and recorded and toured the US and Canada.

I play a Roland TD-12 electronic kit that sounds awesome, have my own personal PA drum monitor system and lights. I am a well rounded player can play just about anything off the top of my head. From progressive to classic rock, to jazz, funk, dance hip hop whatever. My kit allows me to emulate any drum sound and keyboard sounds as well.

I can sing harmonies and the occasional leads. I have a deep gravely voice for rock and can hit some high notes for harmonies.

I'm currently playing with a 3 piece using a sequencer so I'm cool with click tracks and actually like playing with them.

I'm looking for another steady gig or stand in's to fill in open spots due to vacations and such. The current band won't be around forever so I am currently seeking another gig.

I am a professional, I've worked the Woodwind and Brasswind for over 10 years, then Music Factory Direct and now Midwest Musician's Co-op in Elkhart. I was also the Honor, Sonor and Sabian and drumKAT rep for several years.
