Hi,
My name's Marta and I'm a singer/songwriter (genres: indie-folk, indie-pop, anti-folk—whatever that means, lol—folk, acoustic, folk-rock, Americana; style varies a bit from one song to another).
Goals:
- Team up with musicians. I'd love to sing with an acoustic guitar or be part of a small band.
Maybe we can have something like NC&TBS; me being the bad seeds. ;)
- Write lyrics for/perform/record vocals for your songs, if we're a match.
- Team up with someone to create tracks for my songs. (I like sparse instrumentals, voice up front. I could just go with an acoustic guitar recording, maybe with some percussion/drums track added, possibly created within a DAW software.) Having full-fledged songs would be great, maybe we can publish them or use them as demos.
- Have songs produced.
- Tour.
Other things about me:
I have background in theater.
I consider myself a deep/poignant/sarcastic writer but I have written happy love songs as well.
I'm really 117 but this website didn't consider the birth date I tried to enter legitimate, so I pose as a 91-year-old.

Influences
I grew up listening to rock, grunge, punk rock, and metal, but I don't think listing SOD would serve my purpose here. ;)
I write in styles of: Joni Mitchell, Regina, Ben Howard, Hozier, Tori, Lana, Lorde, Kate Miller-Heidke, Sia, Bob Dylan, Norah Jones, to name a few.
