I am from Iran. I can sing traditional and pop Iranian music. I can play an Iranian instrument called setar. I also have been playing Iranian and classic violin for several years on and off. What I prefer to do now is to sing in a group. I haven't had the experience of singing in public cause it is forbidden for women to sing in public in Iran. But I really have a strong passion for it.
