ABOUT

I began my singing career performing The National Anthem while attending St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy in Delafield, Wisconsin. This culminated in an invitation to sing The National Anthem at Fiserv Forum at a Milwaukee Buck’s basketball game (2014). I then studied at the Interlochen Center for the Arts and was awarded a membership in the World Youth Honors Choir. I continued my education in Music Theater at New York University (2015). I then completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Performance at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts under the direction of some of the leading professionals in the music industry (2019). When I entered Berklee, the Boston Conservatory merged that same year. Musical theatre began to emerge and I was among the first to represent Berklee’s presence in musical theatre as well as the traditions of pop, jazz, hip hop, and rock genres.

I have participated in a variety of well-known performances, including Father Sol in the cabaret, Curtain Up ( 2016), a multitude of roles in Berklee’s production of Memphis (2017) , and lead singer in Berklee’s premiere A Cappella group – The CharlieChords (2017). I started in the CharlieChords with a performance of Boston’s A Capella competition show, “Sing That Thing!” and became a lead vocalist of the group while competing at the International A Cappella competition at Boston Symphony Hall (2017). Alongside winning awards for our singing ability, we were invited to be the opening act for the King’s Singers at Carnegie Hall in New York City (2017). In 2016, I performed Opera in Siena, Italy with members of the Oberlen Conservatory and Jazz performances in Boston at the Ryles Jazz Club. In Detroit, I have performed cameos at Cliff Bells, Martha Reeves’ 70t h birthday party and the Dirty Dog Jazz Club. After graduating from Berklee College of Music in May 2019, I decided to go back to my roots and continue my studies and work in Wayne State University’s Graduate Program in Vocal Performance.
