My name is Mati Lyons I’m a singer/songwriter from a small town in Ohio currently living in Los Angeles. I’ve been performing on live stages since the age of 13. Performances include: Springfield’s Got Talent, Ohio Has Talent and Ohio Idol. I was a finalists in all of these performances and judged by John Legends dad who said my “voice is definitely a pleasant surprise and not what you would expect in the best way”. Which I always thought was the best compliment. When I was 17 I decided to skip out on college and go to LA to chase my dream of being an independent recording artist. When I started my music journey I gravitated toward pop music because I thought it made sense at the time. But as I get older and I explore more about myself I realize that I want to try something different and not be limited to one genre. I’m so excited to see where this will take me in this next chapter
