JAZZ:
I am interested in playing trombone in duo, trios, or quartets. I thrive in piano/guitar, percussion, and bass combo mostly. Cool & modal jazz, Bossa Nova, Great American Songbook, and swing era. My strengths are legato and piano -smooth & soft- trombone playing.
Not interested in large bands or loud & fast styles of music.
I would play piano or synths in the right context.
I enjoy early jazz and swing, ballads, Bossa Nova, cool jazz, modal jazz, Free Improvisation. Classically trained, I have been working at jazz for seven years.
CLASSICAL:
I am mostly interested in chamber music projects for trombone; ancient to now.
