Band to Join.ABOUT
Quick summary to avoid wasting your time:
*Vocalist
*Likes progressive hard rock
*Vocally tone of lead singers of STP or Shinedown with a strong Tool influence.
I am a vocalist capable of resonant screams (where appropriate), strong look and confidence, and well-versed in music theory and melody composition. I play both guitar and piano and can masterfully play odd time signatures. I can transcribe what I hear into sheet music and I can sing notes in a melody that aren't being played by an instrument.
I've had 3 years of lessons studying vocal techniques and vocal performance. I write original music and have spent much of the past 4 years working on my personal growth in music outside of the band scene. Prior to that I played with various bands in Phoenix and with several here in Atlanta between 2001-2005.
Looking for musicians who have an appreciation for theory and like writing music with more sophistication then your average main-stream band.
