I mostly listen to Midwest Emo, shoegaze, that sort of thing. My favorite bands are Jets to Brazil and Spanish Love Songs. I usually like a slower, sluggish sort of feel, like "Head in the Ceiling Fan" by Title Fight or "You Will Be Held Accountable for Your Actions" by Shin Guard. I can get into higher-energy stuff, though. Jordan Dreyer's (La Dispute) like a personal hero. Not great at playing guitar or base, but vocals I can match, hold, and work around notes at the least. I'll try anything once.
