ABOUT
I have been playing drums since I was 11 years old. I am now 25, and I would consider myself to be a moderately advanced and skillful drummer. Most of experience gigging and playing out was around 2005-2008 when I played in a classic rock/alternative rock cover band known as High Bridge Detour. Some of the bands we covered included Floyd, Zeppelin, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Following that I took a bizarre unusual route when I played with some close friends in an instrumental band with more of an experimental/progressive rock edge. We enjoyed playing around a lot with odd time signatures and non traditional song structures. The past few years I took a hiatus to pursue a degree. And now that I am out of school and my schedule is more predictable, my drumming skills remain strong and I am ready to get out and put them to good use again. Let's jam, play some gigs, and have some fun yo.

EQUIPMENT
Depending on the day...4-6 piece Mapex Pro M Series with maple shells, Evans Genera G2 heads, and Zildjian cymbals. I have a double kick and know how to use it, but I kinda outgrew my hardcore days and only use it sparingly with taste these days.
No performance mics yet...wouldn't be opposed to purchasing a kick drum mic and some overheads, if necessary
