ABOUT

I am a well-rounded, multi-faceted musician looking for some good musicians to play with. I have a degree in music which helps me navigate through most styles quickly if I have a chart to read. I have experience ranging from leading hard-rock style church youth services to conducting Mozart choral works and all stops in between. I would love to find a singer/songwriter who plays guitar or keyboards to hook up with for some collaboration. I sing well, play drums and percussion, guitar, and piano. My guitar playing is not limited to rhythm. I can play some complimentary lead licks, but I don't shred. I'd love to find a few laid-back cover gigs while working on new material. I have a part-time church job, so I'd like to avoid the bar scene. I prefer restaurants, festivals, private parties, wedding receptions, etc. I can be happy playing just about any style with the exception of metal and hip-hop. Country is okay as long as it's kept to a minimum.

Influences

A whole bunch. If I started, I think I'd kick myself for leaving out someone important. My favorite artist right this minute is my friend Perrin in Nashville(perrinlamb) who is an indie rock and rolla, but I've been listening to a lot of choral music by living composers lately as well.
