Looking for fellow songwriters who would be up for writing a day or two a week... basically Thursdays and some other day of the week. Vocal abilities a huge plus. My vocal isn't bad, but not what I look for in a demo. I write guitar parts at least an hour a day and load parts to be almost daily. I write a lot.
If you cannot write beyond a grade school level, please do not waste my time. Vulgarity has its place in language, but should not be a substitute for having something to express within songwriting. Also "my heart is so sore, rotten to the core, life is a bore, think i'll have some more" need not apply. There's those high expectations I was referring to a moment ago-- Just have a maturity with language.

Influences
Hayden, Ani Difranco, Tool, Jude Christadol, Underworld, Beck, The Streets, Example, Zac Brown, etc etc. I could go on, but I really enjoy music of most stripes. If left to my own devices, I listen to anything from Chet Baker to the Butthole Surfers. After years of being influenced, I cannot say there is a concise list of influences.
EQUIPMENT
I've got a couple of decent acoustic guitars and a decent acoustic bass. I have a small home studio with everything we could possibly need to create very nice demo recordings.
