ABOUT

I got first kit in 1964 and played with friends for some time, playing at a few birthday parties and other get-togethers in the neighborhood. By 1969 I started playing with my first full band, performing at school functions, fundraising events and also several dances over the next two years. After moving to New Jersey in 1972, soon started playing in a Hard Rock Band.

In 1973 hooked up with "Greasy Joe and the Surfboards", a 50's cover band before being recruited as the house drummer for "Tex Williams Jamborees" and formed the house band, "Brenda Starr and the Moonshiners". Also did some studio recording at Suede Productions. Later moved to Kentucky and played with several bands in motel lounges, Holiday Inn, Ramada Inn, etc., and played with "Southern Sound Band" as well as several other local bands.

After moving to East Tennessee, having played as a fill in drummer for several bands here in Eastern Tennessee, after hooking up with James Lynn in 2021,

Brass Horse Band was born.

52 years experience on stage and still going strong.
