Looking for a drummer for a jazz/blues influenced folk band. We are not traditional folk, that's just the closest genre we collapse upon. We'd like a drummer who can lay back on a groove or get technical depending on the song. Would love someone with a jazz background and lots of finesse. You'll only be expected to play kit, but if you have hand percussion skills, that is a plus as we could see that incorporated into some of our tunes.
Drummer will need to be able to commit to a once weekly practice and 1-3 shows per month.
All band members receive an equal share of door/ticket, venue pay, or tips at the end of each performance.
