The Mental Notion Society (.mentalnotion) presents Sir Jove's "THE OTHER."
"THE OTHER" tells the story of government manufactured clones which have escaped the secret science labs. The clones take habit within the underground of our world, inciting a growing emotional r(evolution). This project shall produce 1. band performance gigs and ; 2. ultimately a performance art piece to the story (in form alla theatrical rock opera).
Sir Jove, the Composer of "THE OTHER," seeks 1 GUITAR player; 1 BASS player ; 1 PIANO / KEYBOARD player ; 1 AUXiliary PERCUSSionist; and 1 DRUMmer. Candidate of any position should have a good range of music genre experience, appreciation, and delivery - from jazz to punk, to classic to hip hop, etc. etc. and be open to the power of 'sounds.' We are looking for people with a good sense of imagination and the acceptance of looking outside the box. Candidate shall be available at least twice to three times a week for practice and available for performances, which shall include venue (bars/cafes/event) gigs, and the process of the performance art piece (said stage production).
"THE OTHER" (theatrical show) is tentatively set to be performed by end of Summer or beginning of Fall 2012.
