ABOUT

I've been playing guitar for about 25yrs and bagpipes on and off for about 20yrs (no, I don't like Korn). I'm looking to start/join a metal band, something with a heavy southern metal groove like Pantera/Down/Corrosion of Conformity/Lamb of God, or melodic death metal like Amon Amarth, or thrash. A mix of all these would be even better. I like a lot of different music and like to throw a lot of those different elements into my music. I prefer to play originals, I'm not a big fan of covers. I'm looking for guys that want to have fun playing music and playing shows every now and then. I'm easy going and love it when the entire band is involved in writing music.
