Drummer looking for a band for light gigging in the southern Michigan Area. Generally available for practice on weekends. I've played with a couple of bands... heavy metal group with high school friends and a 1 year stint with the Gramercy Riffs (Detroit area). Did some limited gigging with each. Currently 28 years old going on dead... trying to hold onto 18 in an attempt to prove to my as-of-yet concieved children that I was once cool. Influences
Varied... includes every drummer's influences plus some extras, Zep, Who, Sabbath, Spin Doctors, Tragically Hip, Kula Shaker etc... Not so much influences but typical for sounds that I like. I generally like beat drumming... establishing a groove with the bass and letting the guitar and vocals do their thing.
EQUIPMENT
Drum kit, mics, Behringer mixer, Omega interface and computer. Also equipped with a large basement out in the boonies (soybean/cattle country)
