51 year old who used to play professionally in a couple bands in the 1990s thru 2006. I used to play bass in a band in Phoenix (The Visitors) for a long while!!! Then moved to Austin Texas for 7 years because it was a music town!!!! But I kind of got into disenchantment with the music business after my band broke up!!!! And I moved back to Phoenix! But I never stopped playing the guitar or bass!!!! As a hobby!!!! I kind of miss performing live!!!! I am more into playing original music and songs because I am naturally creative!!!! Could play some covers!!! It will just take a while!!!???? If you are looking for someone whose going to be a copy cat Eddie Van Halen or Randy Rhoads clone and be a shred monster and play mindless guitar solos then I am NOT your guy!!! Or if you expect a funk (Red Hot Chili Peppers) Flea type bassist (I can't do the slap pop bass technique to save my life L.O.L.!!!) then I am NOT your guy!!! I would like to hook up with people that are into originality!!!! And NO egomaniacs!!!! I am open minded to some punk and alternative music if it sounds cool!!!! ???? I know some music theory. Just enough to get by!???? If I hook up and click in a good way with like minded people I would be open to possibly playing some gigs! Maybe do some recordings!!!! CDs!!!! Not into touring however!!! Don't want to quit my day job!!! The scene in Phoenix and Glendale is more into playing cover songs!!! Top 40!!!! There has to be at least a few hole in the wall bars that will allow some original music!!!!
