Heavily involved in the local gypsy jazz/vintage swing scene, specializing in the style of Django Reinhardt. Looking to expand on the style by adding new sounds and experimenting with different instrumentation. Swing, Latin bossas, bolero, tango, gypsy folk, Balkan, with psychedelic and surf rock mixed in. Wanting to do mostly instrumental, but would consider collaboration with the right vocalist.

Influences
I grew up playing mostly rock and blues, but in recent years I've studied intensely and have been playing gypsy jazz and expanding my repertoire. I love the nostalgia and the romanticism of the music, but I'm a rock and roll kid at heart!
Django Reinhardt, Louis Armstrong, Oscar Aleman are my guys from the swing era. Led Zeppelin, The Ventures, The Doors, The Stranglers, The Beatles, David Bowie from the classic rock era. Groups like Queens of the Stone Age, Little Barrie, Khruangbin, Fiend Without a Face to name some contemporary influences.

EQUIPMENT
Godin Multiac Gypsy Jazz, Godin Kingpin, Altamira M30D are my main guitars, but I have many more to expand the sonic pallet. I have several quality amps and all the mojo to make them sound sweet!
