Forming a new band (name yet TBD) to do songs that bring glory to God:
1) New stuff based on ancient Christian hymns that are unfamiliar to most Americans.
2) New takes on old gospel songs most Americans grew up singing.
The goal is to record original tunes, get them on CCM radio, & tour; lead crowds of people in praising God, singing songs they forgot they knew, along with new songs that introduce them to ancient Christian hymnography & theology using singable, get-stuck-in-your-head hooks.
So far, we've got vocals, drums, & bass. In search of top-notch lead guitar & keys, who can do BGVs (preferably!)
ABOUT US:
Michael (Vocals): Michael was the lead singer for the Air Force's country & classic rock band in Washington, D.C. from 2005 - 2009. He performed regularly for 3 & 4 star generals, troops deployed around the world, and even the President, Supreme Court Justices, and senior Cabinet members at the White House. Michael has sung with Patti LaBelle, Clint Black, & Charlie Pride. He's opened for Mark Wills, Restless Heart, and once upon a time sang for camels in a remote village in Djibouti.

Nico (Drums): Nico is a full-time drummer & instructor. He's played with Saltwater Grass, Brady Clampitt, Great Peacock, Mike Veal Band, Sam Burchfield, The Whiskey Gentry, JJ Boogie (Arrested Development), Craig Meyer (Almost Elton John), Void Bzar, Larkin Poe, Emerald Empire Band, Toots Lorraine, Christopher Allen Yates (Ed Roland and the Sweet Tea Project), Kevin Scott, Fire & the Knife, Terminus Horns
Nico has opened for Three Dog Night, Dwight Yoakum, Drivin N Cryin, Cracker, & Wynonna Judd
