Hey what’s up I’m Mike, a guitarist (from OLD BRIDGE, NJ) for 16 years looking for musicians between the ages of 20-33 to form a serious melodic metalcore/post hardcore band.
I play both rhythm and lead guitar. I can also compose for both. I also have some experience writing lyrics. I’ve been in 3 different bands as well so I do have experience playing shows too.
Some of my influences include bands such as: arch enemy , all that remains, lamb of God, from autumn to ashes, Saosin, Underoath, It Dies Today , Dead to fall, Caliban,Chiodos , god forbid , Poison the well, Nora , Norma Jean, Unearth, Protest The Hero, as blood runs black, the black dahlia murder , remembering never ,senses fail, escape the fate , Vanna, bleeding through etc.
The sound I’m going for is a mix of heavy/aggressive and soft/melodic. An artful mix of screaming & emotional clean singing. A sound that can be technical/ jazzy at times but even simple enough to dance & sing to at other times.
My goal is for us to record albums, play shows/tour , sell merch, make music videos , and make a living doing what we all love to do.

Having at least 6 years of experience on your instrument is a must.
Being drug and alcohol free is a must. Living relatively close to Old Bridge , NJ is also a must.
