I have been playing harmonica seriously since 2003. I've had some professional training and been to several "Master Class" group sessions. I play mainly blues but I can also play classic rock, R & B, and even some country. I have been in several bands and played a big variety of music. I'm pretty good at filling in any kind of music. The harmonica is a "color instrument" and should accent the music, not dominate it! I have a "chill" attitude and just want to enjoy playing music with others.

Influences
I play all "Real Blues" music but my main influences are Rod Piazza, Kim Wilson, Charlie Musselwhite, William Clarke. Of course all of the old guys too like Little Walter, Sonny Boy, Paul Butterfield, Muddy, etc. I love Chicago blues and West Coast blues.

EQUIPMENT
I have boxes full of harmonicas, but I prefer Seydels. I mostly play diatonic but I'm also moderately good with a chromatic. I have a custom boutique "Meteor" amp that really cranks! I use a modified Shure 545 mic and a "bulletini" custom harp mic.
