Looking to meet up with fellow musicians in the Red Wing, MN area, to jam. Majored in music education at UWEC, Army bandsman (1984-1991.) Took a long break from music, but looking to get back in the game.
I'm really interested in funk & eclectic styles - maybe Afro-Caribbean, Klezmer, or Celtic Funk. But I also feel at home with Jazz (big band & combo), & other traditional genres.
I'm not in a huge hurry to join a band, but would like to get together with other local musicians to explore ideas & share what we love about playing music.
