ABOUT

Musician/singer/songwriter since 12 years old. Semi-pro/weekend warrior since 1974. Lead guitarist in every band. Played multiple SXSW, Houston Freepress Summer Fest, and Bonnaroo with the band Tyagaraja. Pro studio experience. Now retired from 45 year gov career. Seeking players to form group to play my blues/jazz-ish originals and some covers. Think Sting, Bonnie Raitte, Steely Dan, Dave Matthews but not too hard - have my own style. Accomplished guitarist, vocalist, writer, arranger. Seek percussion, bass, keys and a soloist on any instrument, maybe violin, reeds, guitar...
The uploaded songs are conceptual DEMOs and completed with one or two takes, so... Eventually I'll be posting 20 demos as the initial set list(s). It will include 4 "covers" which is the ratio I plan to maintain - 1 cover for every 4 originals.
