Primarily acoustic roots/Americana music. Guitar player since age six, finger-style mostly but others too. Guitar is my primary instrument but can also play mandolin, banjo, dobro, acoustic bass, octave mandolin, mandola, and a little fiddle and concertina. I'm still pretty new to fiddle, three years now but improving steadily. I have an album out, Lemon Tree, Julia Reynolds and Michael Johnson (on all the streaming services), studio recorded at Weights and Measures Sound Lab, Kansas City, MO, released 7/29/2022.

Listened to all genres, rock, blues, R&B, Motown, country rock, Southern rock, English bands (Stones, Led Zepplin, Pink Floyd, etc), Eagles, Doobie Brothers, Lynard Skynard, Allman Brothers, Classical (Andres Segovia), Jazz Fusion (Al DiMeola, Tony Matola), Country music, Jazz (contemporary, Miles Davis, John Coltrane), Grunge (Soundgarden, Chris Cornell, Nirvana), Blue October, Goo Goo Dolls, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Bare Naked Ladies, Gin Blossoms, Dave Matthews, Jacob Dylan, Django Reinhart, Chet Atkins, Tommy Emanuel just for starters.
