ABOUT

Blues musician, song writer, singer, lead, slide guitar, and harp. I started playing guitar at a very young age after attending a Jimi Hendrix concert. I have shared stages with such legends as Bo Diddley, Kenny Neal, Wilson Pickett, and Allen Ginsberg. I have opened for John Lee Hooker, Albert King, Johnny Copeland, and Tinsley Ellis. Johnny Copeland influenced me to keep writing and playing the blues. Hendrix made me want to play guitar but, Robert Johnson made me want to play blues. The fall of 2000 I released my first CD "Tension and Temptation", that contains all original material.This CD has been widely praised by the Norfolk, VA media and is played on local stations in Norfolk, VA, and stations in Washington D.C. and New Orleans.
