I am a singer/songwriter looking for a band, or a guitar accompanist, to help promote my original songs. I am also a registered nurse with the goal of writing songs to "inspire" and help those in need. One of my pop/rock songs, "Hope" placed in the top 10 of an international songwriting competition. "A Better Way", (written to promote mental health awareness & the prevention of suicide) and "Lady With the Lamp" ( a pandemic tribute to our nursing heroes) were both played regularly on over 50 radio stations last year and hit #1 on Christian radio chart. I currently signed 6 of my songs with an International publishing company. My originals are on iTunes, Spotify, be, Apple music, etc. I was currently singing at a restaurant on a regular basis until the restaurant closed permanently due to Covid 19. I sang for many years in bands, at restaurants, weddings, business parties, etc. I sang at an Olympic event, won the Miss San Juan County pageant, performed a few times on a TV broadcast from the State Fair and was asked to be part of an opening act for The Oak Ridge Boys. I would like to put together a band or just guitar accompaniment, that is interested in doing originals and some covers with influences from Country/Americana, Christian contemporary and pop/rock for events and possibly clubs or restaurants here in Utah.
