Bass Guitar.ABOUT
1/2 of TheCubanMusicCrisis (Gary Olson - Guitar/Vox; Darren Stohr - Lead Vox) teams up with another dad (Jon Antal -Drums; and [LOOKING TO FILL THIS! - Bass]) to reprise playing mostly original punk rock. Some, if not all of us, are currently collaborating on 1-minute songs to be played out on occasion in the Buffalo, Southern Tier Western New York, and Rochester areas, of course.
Note that we love punk rock, we are 40+ and have families, mostly, but don't take ourselves seriously. The commitment is more about getting together for a couple of hours at most one day a week, if we can arrange even that. This is about having fun, playing original punk rock and perhaps a cover or two.
We have a couple of still current punk bands in Buffalo who are friends of ours from the old Cuban Music Crisis days (20+ years ago) when we gigged from time-to-time.

EQUIPMENT
we have everything we need except a bass player, and that person's bass gear; however, I do have a Squire P-Bass just so that I could write basslines and record a couple of the first songs.
