Hey I’m Mike.

I was in an indie rock band from 2006-2013, completely in denial about my love for heavy music.

After a long hiatus of concentrating on my job and creating my family company, I’ve wanted to get back out there and create something awesome.

I’m looking to join or create a new group of dedicated musicians who are interested in and have fun with the creative process of writing and making music.

Not into excessive alcohol or any sort of drug use. Not into people who want to surround themselves with that nonsense either.

Right now, I’m looking to have fun but I’m definitely interested in seeing where things go if we manage to take it to the next level.

I have so many influences. A combination of classic rock, up through mid-80s metal (Metallica and some Pantera), early 90s alternative and grunge, up through late 90’s early 00’s nü-metal (that scene had a heavy influence on me), up into modern metal.

Some bands I’ve been listening to lately are:

TesseracT, Slipknot, Spirit Box, Architects, Deftones, Bad Wolves, Hacktivist, Korn, Highly Suspect, Radiohead, and a little bit of Dorothy.

Right now I’ve been messing around with my Schecter Hellraiser Hybrid C-8. I’ve got an old Ibanez RG-7321 with upgraded pups, and an old Peavey XXL head and half-stack cabinet. The amp is old but it’s still kickin like it was back in like 2002 lol.
