SINGER/FRONTMAN NEEDED FOR WORKING COVER BAND
NUTS IN A BLENDER one of the Hudson Valley’s most popular Top 40, dance, rock cover bands is looking for a new lead singer and frontman. For over 10 years we’ve pleased club owners and packed dance floors all over the Hudson Valley and all over the Northeast. Our current lead singer has made plans to retire and this leaves an opportunity for someone talented to join one of the most active and highest grossing bands in the area. We plan to continue playing area nightclubs however we also intend to expand heavily into weddings and corporate.
We’re looking for a singer who is an energetic performer and can inspire an audience. For someone with great vocal range who also feels comfortable singing rock, rap, pop, and current Top 40. They also have to be a team player and co-exist with many other members of the band. Most gigs will require the commitment of weekends and occasional week nights. Rehearsals are twice a month and some shows will require an overnight stay and occasional travel. In most cases we provide the transportation and equipment storage.
