Decided to join just for sh*ts and giggles.
Not currently looking to join any groups but completely open to jamming, and I'm sure my boyfriend would be too.
I'm not just a musician, my long term goals are in audio engineering and producing. I've made all of my own material by myself and I'm grateful to have had the tools and a brother that has shown me tons of things. In the future I'd be interested in recording all types of music. I hear and see detail in everything. But I'd specialize in vintage- psychedelic, metal, and other generally indie sh*t. I've even made tons of rap beats and electronic music.

So many to name! Ariel Pink, Tame Impala, Animal Collective, Cut Copy, Bjork, The Twilight Sad, The Cure, Strawberry Alarm Clock, Paul Revere & The Raiders, Beatles, Circulus.. As far as metal, I've really been enjoying this wave of "Djent" that has come along. Technical sh*t, is my sh*t. Animals as Leaders, Peripery (though the vocalist kinda pisses me off, I don't like Spongebob vocals).. I have a soft spot for late 90's to early 2000's metal and heavy rock.
EQUIPMENT
Oh jesus meatball lovin christ.. My material was made using a Presonus Firestudio 16-ch interface + Mic Preamp. I use FL Studio 11 Pro for most of compositions, other than Cubase 7 to record guitar and vocals. So many great plug-ins like Fab Filter Pro-Q, Omnisphere..
I have 100+ drum kit samples including Akai XR-10, Linndrum, Simmons, Oberheim, Roland 606 through 909, Rhythm Ace, Rhodes Polaris.. Tons of old shit I just make MPC presets with. If I want to recreate any sound of any era, I could totally do it. I could recreate a Depeche Mode song from scratch I could do it! Alot of my stuff is 80's inspired so I stay in that general era for my personal sound. But I could make literally anything.
I have some emulators because synthesizers from back then are fucking expensive as all hell! They still sound amazing though. Jupiter 8, Prophet 5, Minimoog, Yamaha CS-80, FM7, FM8, and so much more.
