Phantasy Management LLC. is a management company that was established in 2007. The company’s mission is to make its mark in the entertainment industry by managing and developing the skills of the independent artists whom are clients of the company. The Development Management Program is a program that focuses on the artists’ career by live performances, touring, album release parties, album development and preparing the for major label signing.
Phantasy Management primary role will be artist management, negotiation of contracts and marketing strategies.
The Artist Development Management Program includes management and development of R & B, Neo-Soul, and Hip-hop artists’ careers by efficiently organizing and planning promotional campaigns, music distribution and promotion, and maintaining team by recruiting, selecting, and training employees, interns and team members to help with marketing and everyday duties.
