Lost my band to Covid-19 & alcoholism. I’m an established washboard player here in central illinois. I have acquired some faithful and wonderful fans over the last few years and despite your preconceived notions about the washboard it can be added to any style of music. I am both classically trained in piano and can play by ear.

When I set out to learn the washboard I wouldn’t let myself watch other washboard artists bc I wanted to create my own style, However Breezy Payton is a washboard goddess and we all know that.
