2 experienced, talented and highly-skilled female vocalists. We are new to the Boardman, OR/Tri-Cities area. We both have extensive prior band experience and have performed at many festivals & venues (Stevenson Blues & Brews Festival, Iron Man Strong Ale Fest, a multitude of City of Stevenson events, county fairs, too many bars/taverns/lounges/nightclubs to mention by name).
We have an eclectic mix of influences and setlist song choices, encompassing a wide variety of genres, but leaning heavily towards classic rock, blues and a little more contemporary bluesy rock (Adele, Amy Winehouse, Grace Potter, ZZ Ward, Beth Hart). Although we are not huge country music fans, we do a few Johnny Cash and Bonnie Raitt covers that could be construed as being "country" and we are highly open to suggestions. We are trying our hand at composing our own originals and would love to meet some musicians who are open to that possibility, or might even bring in some of their own original compositions!
We both do lead vocals and backup vocals; we can harmonize to anything and would love to have an additional male vocalist/guitarist, who would be able to do lead vocals on some of the "dude" songs.
Instrumentally, we both play some acoustic guitar and keyboards/piano, I am learning to play a little mandolin.
We are both extremely easy-going, down to earth, easy to work with and, additionally, we are both easy on the eyes and not hard to look at. Hard-working, Professional and dedicated to creating music, promoting our music (and whoever else is playing with us!) and creating new avenues and opportunites to improve our musicianship. We would love to start jamming with some like-minded musicians in our new local area (Eastern Washington/Oregon, right on the Columbia River)
