Hi. My name is Scott Kinzler. I'm 42 years old and live in Marion, Iowa. I'm on Bandmix because I want to start a band. I want to call the band Motley Crew.
I've created four characters: Strutter, Love Gun, Black Diamond and Firehouse. Check out the pictures section to see what these characters look like.
Strutter is the guitarist in Motley Crew. This is the character I'm going to play. I'm looking for a female keyboardist to play Love Gun, a male bassist to play Black Diamond and a male drummer to play Firehouse.
I want Motley Crew to be the ultimate band. Great image, great songs, great stage show. KISS was the band that had the biggest influence on my idea for Motley Crew. (Check out the influences section of this profile to see other bands I was influenced by.)
I heard Gene Simmons say that when KISS first started they wanted to be like the Beatles on steroids. I want Motley Crew to be like KISS on steroids.
This is NOT a "tribute band". I want to play original material.
