I'm an accordionist currently seeking an acoustic guitarist/vocalist or fiddler for a folk duo. I play a variety of European folk: Irish and english pub songs, dance tunes, and chanteys; French traditional dances, tangos, and etc.; Traditional Italian and opera; Russian folk; Eastern European folk; Klezmer; also some jazz and gypsy type stuff. I'm also open to doing anyone's original music or selections from similar genres.
This music is engaging, catchy, and unique. I see the same singer/songwriter or cover-band act almost everywhere I go around here. Let's do something fresh, enjoyable, and entertaining to any audience: a type of musical experience from another time and place.
