Hello to all of my musical brethren and sistren! (Sistren is actually a word! - I had to Google it though...)

I grew up in Grass Valley but have spent the last 20ish years in Seattle. I developed some great relationships there with people who LOVE to play music and just enjoy time spent in a musical environment. We never made any money playing, but we did play a number of gigs in bars and we played for friends parties and such.

Playing music together turned into a form of therapy for me. No matter what kind of a week I had, Friday night (band night) was an awesome outlet for simply letting go of the stresses of everyday life. Its hard stay tightly wound once the amps are turned up, a cold beer is opened and the band "clicks" together in an awesome song. Am I right?!

I have since relocated back to Auburn to be closer to the family.

Here's what I am: A 40ish year old rhythm guitarist who can sing well. Thats it. I don't shred with the likes of Steve Vai and I don't have the vocal range of Freddy Mercury. I do, however, understand the importance of tone and time and I LOVE playing music with awesome like-minded people.

I'm currently involved with a wonderful little troop of musicians and we're working on our first original set to start playing some shows.
