Always hoping to find Non-Mainstream music and talented people. I am a hopeful, optimistic singer-songwriter; I enjoy singing and picking - I love to play. Somewhat nonconformist, maybe based in tenets of classical music? An acoustic guitar is in my arms most of the time; electric guitar, when I want to shout! Often with too much lyric and not enough rhythm, I feel that my ryhthmic base can be found, but it's unconventional for many.
I consider myself a guitarist and a vocalist second, (not classical style guitar) and have dabbled with many other instruments - a student of the instrument, for sure!

Influences

Bob Dylan primed my love for music. Rock music from the sixties; or jazz of the Twenties and on turned me on! Everything influenced in its own way. Rhythm of reggae and the vocals of R&B call to me and I try to answer, and it's not easy. I like a dobro's characteristic vocal-like smoothness, but with other players.
