I was in concert band from 4th grade to 12th. I started playing trombone in 5th grade by ear but shortly after, learned to read music. I continued playing the trombone all throughout my school years including marching band and symphonic band in highschool. I started playing the piano in the 7th grade but mainly learned by ear and taught myself.
