~MY SILENT SUICIDE~

My Silent Suicide is an all original project based out of northern Utah. Although we do a few obscure cover songs, our primary focus is our originals and we pride ourselves in delving into musical dimensions and adversities no one uses anymore. I'm the lyricist and singer, I play in odd nonstandard tunings mostly on 12 string acoustic guitars. I incorporate acoustic/electric guitar with piano, 2 part vocal harmonies and multitudes of off timings and arrangements. We take elements from music of the past including Pink Floyd, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, King Crimson, Emerson, Lake and Palmer, etc. yet with our own twists and modern gadgetry. Our sound is as psychedelic and blues based as our influences. We spend a lot of time together and know each other like the backs of our hands, inside and out, we know what each other is thinking and what we expect out of each other and ourselves. We lock ourselves in our private dungeon (soon to be studio) and do a lot of improvisation til we get the sounds we want out. We also pride ourselves not only lyrically and musically but in our newly crafted light show as well. We will start recording our debut album in Summer/Fall of 2020 and MAY start doing shows in late Fall as well. We are on FB and soon to be You Tube also. We truly hope you enjoy our songs and come out to see us when we actually do play out.
