ABOUT

Myles' super power is marketing!
If you're looking for a marketing expert with enthusiasm and some humble guitar skills, Myles may be the guy you're looking for!

It all began with a video game...
Myles learned guitar (from zero) by playing a video game called ROCKSMITH. The first 5,000 hours were definitely the hardest!

Leveling up!!!
One day, the folks from ROCKSMITH and Ubisoft, flew Myles into San Francisco to perform with a live band at a big charity concert for VH1 Save the Music. The Event was sponsored by Ernie Ball, Gibson and Epiphone. Rocksmith has produced a mini documentary about Myles' Rocksmith Story. (Videos available here, on Bandmix)

Hey! Look at me.
Myles began playing a weekly LiveStream show (now exclusively on Twitch) called, "Sunday Morning Rocks", where he raises thousands of dollars and awareness for local charities. twitch.tv/mylesbristowe
(The first 54 episodes are available on Face Book)

Hitting the Wall...
Learning guitar from a video game and live streaming a solo show has it's limits. He wanted to play with other people! So, Myles convinced his company to give him a $10,000 budget so he could buy some equipment and start an employee band program called, ROCKOVATE.

Wow! We got a good thing going.
Twice a year, the employees come together to form several bands, practice for 10 weeks and perform a series of charity concerts in downtown St. Petersburg, FL. Myles was then commissioned by the company to write and compose a company theme song to be performed by employees and recorded in a local studio. (Song available here, on Bandmix)

Filling the void.
The opportunity to play with other people in the Rockovate band program he created, accelerated Myles' skills and enthusiasm for music. However, Myles was recently recruited to a new company and now there's a band hole to fill. Let's rock!!
