I've had some songs written for years. I've wanted to form a band called Mystery of Yesterday to perform these songs for years. Now, is the friggin time to do it! Along with these songs, I would love to cover some songs that influenced the creation of these songs. The material I want to do is simple, which I did on purpose so it's easy to learn, easy to play, hard to screw up, something that people like me would get into, leaves some room for stage performance, and most importantly; fun to play. I don't plan on making this MY band. I don't care if every song we start with falls away from the setlist. I just want them to be a starting point, and more importantly, I want them to be heard. I don't care if I make a dime doing this. Don't get me wrong, I would love to pull in some money, but it's more important to me to let my voice entertain people because I think I'm a decent singer, I love metal, and I love entertaining people.
