Currently, a 2-peice (bass and drums) looking to start something new. For the past few months, we have been playing along with bands which have the sound we hope to emulate. A familiar "four-on-the-floor", funk, pop, electronic... not techno, EDM, or trance (if that makes sense). See influential bands below...
We are looking to bring on a keyboardist (with a desire to sing and write songs) to achieve a unique, "new wave" sound. A keyboardist possesses a litany of unique sounds and capabilities. Ideally, a good candidate could provide additional structure to the mix with a "pop/electronic" vibe. We think this would not only help to develop originals down the road but also meet the needs of today's modern covers. We are also in the market for a guitarist.
