My name is Nate. I have been playing guitar for about 16 years. I am 30 years old. I am married with 2 kids and work full-time Monday -Friday 6AM- 2PM. I recently moved to Connecticut from Virginia but I am originally from Massachusetts. I have no ego, I am easy-going, and consider myself a nerd for the most part. I think it’s good for musicians to mesh so I want you to get a sense of who I am. I like things like Dungeons and Dragons and like to play video games. I like reading and I like art. Most of all, I love my family and I love music.

I would like to start a music project or possibly join one. I want to write and play original songs. I like jamming and I like improvising. I am not a fast technical player. I don’t consider myself a virtuoso by any means and I definitely don’t want to play guitar music if that makes sense. I like music that has space and where every instrument shines. I’m not too into mainstream music but I’m not just into bands no one has heard of. To be honest, I don’t know what type of music I want to make. It switches cause my influences and tastes are diverse. That’s reflects in my music. I tend to play bluesy music when I write but I like dynamics and odd time signatures. I truly just want to make music that is fun. I would primarily like it to be acoustic. I can play electric too but acoustic is my thing.
