ABOUT
I am a piano/organ/keyboard player for hire mainly for studio work. as far as genres go I've had the most training as a traditional reggae keyboard player but I also have experience with neo-soul, R&B, hip hop, classic rock, experimental rock, electronica, and classical piano. I work as an engineer at forknspoon studios in long beach so I can track myself or I'm also willing to travel. As far as keyboards I use a Nord electro 2, a Roland juno-g, a korg cx-3 , a micro korg, as well as a gulbranson paragon organ and a krell piano. I also produce beats using an MPC 1000. My style generally could be described as minimalistic as I try to find the best tones and parts to compliment a song without being a showoff and overplaying like many keyboardists tend to do. However if flashiness is what you desire I can also go that route. I'm pretty easy to work with in person or if its a long distance situation you can just tell me what your looking for and I'll lay something down, then revise if necessary.
