Seeking talented musicians (keyboard player, organist, electric guitarist, drummer, etc.) and singers to form a group to perform 2 or more church services weekly. Individuals should be familiar with and capable of performing contemporary Christian, Gospel, & Urban Gospel music from artists such as Fred Hammond, Kirk Franklin, Israel Houghton, Martha Munizzi, and others. Musicians should be capable of playing skillfully by “ear” – reading music is a plus, but not mandatory.
Individuals must be Born-Again believers in Jesus Christ that exemplify Christian lifestyles and they are not abusers of themselves or others.
Interested individuals should have a desire to work to grow a start-up Church/Ministry from infancy into a larger church that is furthering the Kingdom of God.
Individuals must have a desire and a passion to provide an atmosphere of musical and harmonious worship in a church setting that helps to promote the listener to participate in the worship experience. Individuals should be capable of learning how to follow the assigned worship leader, as well as musically follow the Pastor when he is exhorting the congregational audience. Individuals should be familiar with, or capable of learning, how to follow the assigned worship leader and the Pastor in prophetic worship flows.

Job Requirements:
1.) Must be born-again believers in Christ
2.) Must attend weekly rehearsals to occur once per week
3.) Will attend Sunday and mid-week worship services, and will be considered as a member of the church
4.) Will perform several songs totaling from approximately 20 - 30 minutes for both the Sunday and midweek services, as well as for occasional special events
5.) Will continually stay abreast of the latest music and trends in the music industry, with the intent on potentially incorporating these trends/music into the music that is performed
6.) When creatively inspired, will write and craft music intended specifically for the church services
7.) Work creatively with, and take leadership and instruction from the Pastor and assigned leaders
8.) Desirous to help grow a starting ministry
